Mugs and Music

The third annual Mugs-N-Music comes to the Kennett Flash on Saturday, March 13. Come on out and sample Victory beers in a handmade mug, which is available for purchase (cash and check only), and take in some great local bands. Tickets are $20 online through the Kennett Flash or $23 the day of.

Music will be provided by Hezekiah Jones, Chris Kasper, the Spinning Leaves and more.  Food sampling will be available from local cheese makers along with light fare from Harvest Market located in Hockessin, DE.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Chester County Buy Local Movement and the Chester County Food Bank.

The Kennett Flash is an intimate live concert venue in the heart of downtown Kennett Square. Sponsored by Historic Kennett Square, this listening room brings arts and entertainment to the entire Kennett region.  Top regional, national and local artists are performing on a weekly basis. The Kennett Flash is an all-age, BYOB venue serving light fare.

On Sunday nights singer songwriter Butch Zito hosts an open mic event.  All levels of singers, songwriters, musicians, poets and comics are invited.  Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.  On Monday nights Rob Mastrippolito hosts a Blue Monday Electric Jam.  Doors open at 7 p.m., sign up starts at 7:30 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.
